Nyaya AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”) is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through the Service.

Data we process: account details (name, email, phone, Bar Council number), matter and client metadata, documents you upload, and usage telemetry.

Purposes: provision of the Service, billing, security, and statutory compliance under the DPDP Act, 2023.

Storage and security: AES-256 at rest in Google Cloud asia-south1 (Mumbai), TLS 1.3 in transit. Keys rotated quarterly via Cloud KMS.

Your rights: access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination — exercise them by writing to grievance@nyaya.ai.

We do not train any AI model on your matter data or uploads.
