Rejection of plaint

The plaint shall be rejected where it does not disclose a cause of action, the relief is undervalued, the suit is barred by law, etc.

Cases in which temporary injunction may be granted

Where in any suit it is proved that any property in dispute is in danger of being wasted, damaged or alienated, the court may grant a temporary injunction.
