Refund Policy

Subscriptions are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable.

If you cancel during a billing cycle the Service remains available until the end of that cycle. We do not pro-rate refunds.

If you are charged in error we will issue a full refund within seven business days of the discrepancy being established.
